Rates
We charge an additional $10.00 per person aged 7-12
and $25.00 for teenagers and adults as extra persons
in the same room. There is no charge for children
less than 7 years old.
Reduced rates apply from October 1 to May 31 as
well as for stays of 5 or more consecutive days.

All of the above Rates are tax included (No GST
or Hotel Tax is Added - This represents a savings
of approximately 15% to our guests).

Check In and Check Out Times are flexible by prior
arrangement.
Please note that all reservations may be cancelled
free of charge up to 72 hours prior to 6:00 p.m.
on the reserved date of arrival. Thereafter, or
if you check out before the end of your reservation,
you will be required to pay for the days you reserved
and cancelled (up to a maximum of 3 days) unless
they can be rebooked with other guests.

regarding Pets - Smoking |
We do not allow Pets in our B & B because of their
potential impact on the allergies of other guests.
Smoking is allowed outside only and no closer than
10 feet to the building.
